This policy covers plan.getbecome.app, where you take Become's quiz and can buy a 90-day plan as a PDF. It's run by J Roberto Goulart Filho Tecnologia Ltda ("JRG Tecnologia", "we"), CNPJ 62.592.453/0001-01, Av. Cristóvão Colombo, 2144, Sala 408, Porto Alegre, RS, 90560-001, Brazil. The short version

We keep what your plan needs: your first name, your email and your quiz answers.
Your answers are deleted 30 days after your plan is delivered. Your PDF is kept for 1 year so you can download it again.
We don't sell your information or use it for advertising, and we send no newsletter.
Paddle handles your payment. We never see your card.

What we keep

From the quiz: your first name, your email, and your answers: your life area, your goal, what gets in your way, why it matters, the scene you picture, the first sign you'll look for and your three words.
Your order: its state, its Paddle ids, and when it was paid, delivered or refunded.
Your plan: the PDF made for you.

Why we use it

To show you your Day 1, prepare your plan from your answers and deliver it.
To handle refunds, support, and our tax and accounting duties.
If you tick the box on the email screen, to send you one reminder with your Day 1 if you don't finish. Nothing else is sent unless you buy.

Preparing your plan

Your plan is written around your answers by our own service, with the help of service providers that help us prepare your plan. They receive only the answers the plan needs, never your name or your email. They process them on our behalf and don't use them for anything else. Your name is added to the PDF on our side.

Payment

Paddle.com is our reseller and the merchant of record for your order. Paddle collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details; Paddle tells us that your order was paid or refunded.

Spam protection

The quiz uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots, and limits how often one IP address can ask for a Day 1. Your IP address is used for these checks and isn't stored with your order.

Analytics

To see where the quiz helps and where people stop, the site keeps a random ID in your browser's storage and sends events to PostHog under it: for example, which quiz screen you reached, and whether you bought and downloaded your plan. The events never include your name, your email or anything you wrote, and we don't keep your IP address with them. The site sets no cookies, and we don't use advertising or cross-site tracking.

Who receives data

Service providers that help us prepare your plan, with the answers it needs.
Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record.
Cloudflare, which hosts the site, stores your order and your PDF, and provides Turnstile.
PostHog, for the analytics above.
Our email provider, to send your plan and, if you asked, one reminder.

They process data on our behalf and may do so outside your country, including in the United States. We don't sell or share personal information for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your quiz answers: 30 days after your plan is delivered, or 7 days after you started if you didn't buy.
Your PDF: 1 year, then it's deleted. It's deleted right away if you're refunded.
Your order and email: as long as we need them for support, refunds, and our tax and accounting duties.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Brazil's LGPD, the EU and UK GDPR and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, and to object to some processing. To use any of them, or to have everything about your order deleted, write to support@jrgtecnologia.com from the email you used. Paddle keeps its own payment records as the law requires.

Children

The plan is meant for adults and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
